Performance and characteristics:

It has excellent heat-resistant oxygen aging, ozone aging resistance, light aging resistance and weather aging resistance, high gas permeability and selectivity to gas transmission, good electrical insulation, corona resistance and arc resistance, non-toxic Odorless, with low moisture absorption.It has good oil resistance and solvent resistance. The higher the acrylonitrile content in the nitrile rubber, the better the oil and solvent resistance. It has poor resistance to aromatic solvents, halogenated hydrocarbons, ketones and ester solvents. As the content of acrylonitrile increases, the water resistance and cold resistance performance decrease. The heat aging resistance of nitrile nitrile rubber is better than that of natural rubber, and its resistance to ozone aging is worse than that of natural rubber. It has alkali resistance, weak acidity and gas permeability. The insulation performance of nitrile rubber is not good.
