Perfluoroether rubber characteristic:

Excellent high temperature resistance: In the experiment of high temperature resistance test, the deformation rate of fluorine rubber and other products rises sharply under the condition of high temperature of 240 ℃, and the compression set of perfluoroether seal ring is always kept below 50%. Experimental testing has proved that the rubber material will lose its elasticity when heated, and the deformation value will increase, which means that the sealing performance will be reduced. However, the perfluoroether seal ring can maintain a good elasticity at high temperatures. For example, perfluoroether rubber FF3070 can maintain the elastic characteristics of rubber even at a high temperature of 316°C.
Excellent chemical properties: In terms of chemical resistance, perfluoroether rubber can show its excellence in ethers, amino compounds, ketones, oxidants, organic solvents, fuels, acids, alkalis, etc., which are not suitable for general fluorinated rubber. The stability of the product has excellent resistance to almost all chemicals.
